DOTHAN:   2:59 PM     Dothan Police attempted a traffic stop and the driver refused to stop.


Finally Dothan Police got the vehicle into the parking lot of Houston County Courthouse. The driver had a child in the vehicle with them when they would not stop.


Now the driver has bigger problems. The driver is on the way to the Dothan City Jail and the Alabama Department of Human Resources has their child.


UPDATED @ 7:20 PM...


We posted the driver was arrested and They were. We reported the child in the car was turned over to DHR but have learned they were not. We do not know who the child was turned over to at this time.
