DOTHAN:    12:27 PM    Dothan Police 911 received a call of a vehicle driving erratically traveling north on Ross Clark Circle near Headland Avenue intersection.

When Dothan Police arrived at Headland Avenue and Ross Clark Circle a red four door car was over the curb in the turning lane.

Dothan Fire was called to the scene to check the driver. All systems were go and nothing medically impaired was found at the time. 

Dothan Police checked him and he did not appear under the influence of anything. The final conclusion "at the time" was the subject had worked long hours, was tired, and had difficulty staying awake. That caused the driving erratically and his running over the curb. Which running over the curb caused his vehicle to get stuck.

There was no damage to  his vehicle and no vehicle struck so it was not really a motor vehicle accident. He was able to come on over the curb and get unstuck and went on his way.
