Rain will continue throughout the evening and Flash Flooding will continue to be the biggest concern in Houston County.  Late this afternoon, some wind gusts will occur and the threat of tornados does exist.  With ground being wet, down trees and debris may still have the potential of occurring.  Our area has approximately 5-7 inches of rain and will experience close to that much in  addition. There are a small amount of power outages but crews working on them.
