GENEVA COUNTY: He was 18 years old when he qualified for office as Geneva County Commissioner.
Weston Spivey is not your average 18 year old. He works hard each and every day in personal business and as a County Commissioner. He is involved in several business adventures, eager and passionate about what he does.
When Weston Spivey was running he made a commitment to the people. Weston's promise was, less the withholding taxes required, the remainder of the $ 19,000.00 a year salary as County Commissioner would be returned to his district.
Weston Spivey promise was 20% to Slocomb, Malvern, and Fadette Fire Departments, 20% Geneva County Schools for security, 20% to Slocomb Police Department, 20% Slocomb and Malvern Senior Citizens Center, and 20% to the Geneva County Sheriff Department.
Keeping with that promise Commissioner Weston Spivey has presented a check to Malvern Volunteer Fire Department.
