WASHINGTON D.C. - The Presidential Election:      Someone text me today and asked why I was not covering the activities in Washington D.C. and the Presidential election issues.

In the mornings more than four years ago I enjoyed having FOX News on as I was getting dressed. The last Presidential election, four years go, I got burned out on the Presidential election, Hillary - Obama - Trump and the media coverage. Since that time I have never watched any networks media coverage. There is a TV in my office which remains muted the majority of the time.

Only if I am in the room and the TV is on, I never watch WTY-TV, WDHN and only scan the headlines on news and very seldom purchase a newspaper.

WHAT NEWS CAN YOU FOLLOW FOR THE TRUTH? 

With all of the national mews coverage on the Presidential election, with all that has been said, the storming of the capital, "who" do you believe? There are not many Americans left in Washington D.C.

Not many, if any, in Washington D.C. , have any concern about the United States of America. They are concerned with being Democrat or Republican. They are concerned with their agenda.

The one things that I have learned being "whatever" you consider me, is we have walked out of a meeting and when I read or saw coverage I went, that is what you got from that?

THE ADVANTAGE RICKEY STOKES HAS 

It was 60 years ago today that I arrived in this world as the son of Curtis and Sarah Stokes. All of my life I have been raised and lived in Houston County.

Since 1977, at age 16, I have been involved in the political life and emergency services life. I know the movers and shakers, I know how they operate, and had the opportunity to see behind the scenes in business, government meetings, legislative-judicial-and executive branches of government. 

And I know 100% that we the people have no idea of exactly what is goin on in Washington D.C. 

That is why I am not covering it. Because what is the truth.

RICKEY STOKES OPINION ABOUT THE ELECTION 

Was the 2020 election crooked and dishonest? No doubt in my mind what so ever. One was convicted in Dothan Alabama and in Gordon Alabama with illegal activity in elections. Both right here in Houston County Alabama.

Anyone that suggests otherwise, dishonesty took place in the 2020 Presidential election. No matter who you support, this election was dishonest. No matter who was the winner, this election was dishonest.

THE WORLD IS NOT COMING TO A END 

One day, if the Lord returns, the world will come to an end. 

For the record I voted for Donald Trump. But just because Joe Biden will be the President does not mean the world is coming to an end. 

I disagree with the things I hear he wants done.

I think we need some Americans in public office instead of people more interested in being a Republican or Democrat rather than being an American.

And we have that in Houston County and the City of Dothan. More interested in the political party then what makes America great.

SO NOT COVERING NATIONAL
