WOW Phone Lines Down

We have been notified that WOW phone lines are not working on the east side of Houston County. Please know, you are still able to dial 911!! 

The calls are being routed to admin phones at City and County dispatch.

The phone system is designed that if 911 trunks fail, it is re-routed to admin lines so that callers will still reach emergency services.

Please know what WOW is working on this issue at this time and we are monitoring.
