DOTHAN:      Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Police, Dothan Fire, Pilcher Ambulance to the 2700 block of South Oates Street to a motor vehicle accident with injuries.

The call information from 911 began as accident with vehicle overturned. As the emergency units were rolling to the scene the call was upgraded from Dothan 911 to a four vehicle accident, one overturned, with injuries.

The emergency response increased to multiple Dothan Fire Engines with a truck company and two Pilcher Ambulances. 

When Dothan Police arrived it was determined all patients were out of the vehicles and the injuries were minor. At that time some Dothan Fire Engine companies downgraded and cancelled response.

A vehicle going into Hardee's is reported to have pulled into the path of another sending a chain reaction to include a vehicle just sitting at the stop sign waiting to exit Hardee's.

Two patients were transported, non emergency, to a local hospital.

Dothan Fire Engine Company 4 ( Southside ) is primary engine company.

Dothan Police Cpl. Rhodes is primary investigating officer. Dothan Police Officer Smith also on the scene.

Dothan Fire Rehab is dispatched with peat moss to cover fluid leakage.
