DOTHAN:     Last evening Dothan Police Patrol Division was dispatched to all Dothan WalMart Store’s in search of Timothy David Lloyd, age 31.

Dothan Police Patrol Division located Lloyd at WalMart North on Montgomery Highway. At the first spotting the suspect’s vehicle as in the parking lot but unoccupied. A short couple of minutes Lloyd exited WalMart walking past the Dothan Police Patrol Unit and entering his vehicle.

Dothan Police Patrol backup officers scrambled to the primary officer where they took Timothy David Lloyd into custody without incident.

Dothan Police Patrol transported Lloyd to Criminal Investigation Division where he was arrested on multiple sex crimes.

At this time, Timothy David Lloyd has been arrested and charged with 31 counts of Sexual Abuse in the first degree, and 25 counts of Sodomy in the first degree. After being booked into Dothan City Jail, Lloyd was then transported to Houston County Jail. All persons charged with felony offenses which are alleged to have occurred in Houston County, which Dothan is in Houston County, has to be booked into the Houston County Jail.

Lloyd has bonds totaling $ 1,965 Million Dollars.

Dothan Police Chief Will Benny states this is an ongoing investigation.
