DOTHAN: At 7:40 AM Dothan 911 dispatched Dothan Fire to 1350 Columbia Highway, Integrated Power Service, to reports of smoke from office ceiling.
Multiple Dothan Fire Engines responded. The scene was under the command of Battalion Chief Ash.
Dothan Fire Ladder truck was used for fireman to enter the structure from the roof. No fire or smoke was found.
Dothan Fireman entered the structure and no active fire was needed.
At 7:59 AM Battalion Chief Ash released Pilcher Ambulance and the Dothan Fire Rehab from the scene. The origin of the problem is from the air conditioner unit. The smoke inside the building
Dothan Fire was prepared with the ladder truck and fire engines. Dothan laid fire hoses into the scene and fireman were staged at fire hydrant and ready.
