DALE COUNTY:      Ozark - Dale County 911 dispatched emergency units to Highway 27 between Ozark and Enterprise.


A one vehicle accident near the range.


Dale County Sheriff Department, Ozark EMS, Ft. Novesell Military Police responded.


When emergency units arrived they found an adult female deceased and a three year old child with critical injuries. It was a single vehicle accident.


The child was transported to a local hospital and later transported to Children’s Hospital in Birmingham.


Dale County Coroner John Cawley was dispatched to the scene of the accident where the adult female was pronounced dead on the scene.


Coroner Cawley has released the identity of the deceased adult as Kimberley Nicole Ingram of Ozark. She is 23 or 24 years old.


ALEA - Troopers are in charge of the accident investigation assisted by CID of Ft. Novesell.
