DOTHAN: 08:03 AM Dothan 911 dispatched a motor vehicle accident with injuries, North College and East Newton Street.
The reports to 911 vehicle overturned,a WIREGRASS TRANSIT BUS - NOT A SCHOOL BUS - involved in the accident. The Transit bus overturned.
A second ambulance was requested by Dothan Fire, emergency response to the scene. The reports were, three injuries, all minor. The injuries were from the SUV vehicle. At 08:31 AM requested medics check the patient that was in the transit bus.
At 08:32 AM Pilcher Ambulance left the scene transporting two patients, non emergency, to a Dothan hospital. No Dothan Fire Medic required on the transport.
Ferguson Wrecker responded to the overturned bus.
Dothan Fire Engine 1 on the scene at 08:07. Dothan Fire Deputy Chief David Hasty and Deputy Fire Chief Chris Etheridge were on the scene.
A total of four patients, all minor injuries.
Dothan Police is in charge of the accident investigation.
