Res. No.__________Initiating a project with the Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) to resurface Flynn Road within the City of Dothan and agreeing to take into consideration all provisions of any future agreement executed to cover the construction of this project.

Res. No.__________Initiating a project with ALDOT to resurface a portion of Kinsey Road and agreeing to take into consideration all provisions of any future agreement executed to cover the construction of this project.

No.__________Entering into an agreement with ALDOT to complete a Special Work Authorization Agreement for the review and approval of transportation improvement projects in the initial amount of $10,000.00 and to be funded annually thereafter, as required, to keep a minimum amount of $2,500.00 available for ALDOT engineering services.

Res. No.__________Approving the first amendment to the tax abatement agreement with FedEx Ground Package System, Inc. and acknowledging the assignment between 42 Dothan LP and FXG Dothan AL Landlord, LLC.

Res. No.__________Entering into an agreement with Poly, Inc. for professional engineering services associated with the design and construction of the Museum Avenue Utility and Drainage Improvements Project in the negotiated amount of $197,925.00.

Res. No.__________Declaring certain personal property as obsolete and no longer needed for public or municipal purposes and authorizing the disposal of said property by whatever means is determined to be in the best interest of the City.

Acceptance of a Right-of-Way Warranty Deed, Permanent Easement Deed, Temporary Easement Deeds, Tree Trimming Easement, and Permanent Sanitary Sewer Easement from multiple property owners for the Honeysuckle Road Improvements Project.
