DOTHAN:    01:06 AM   Dothan 911 dispatched a firearm assault on Michigan Drive in Dothan. Multiple Dothan Police, Dothan Fire, Pilcher Ambulance and Houston County Sheriff Deputies responded.


The firearm assault victim was grazed and not actually shot as to entry wound. The victim was treated on the scene but refused transport to the hospital.


The suspect surrendered to law enforcement. After investigation by Dothan Police Criminal Investigator Terry Nelson one was charged with assault.


The victim came to the suspect's house. They have been in a running fued where one day they get along and one day they do not. 


Dothan Police CID Terry Nelson is in charge of the investigation. Lt. Hancock was the Patrol Shift Supervisor in charge of Patrol.
