HOUSTON COUNTY AL - JACKSON COUNTY FL:   1:02 PM    Received messages VIA TEXT RICKEY 334-790-1729 that northbound traffic on Highway 231 South was backed up to Campbellton Florida.


RSN knew Alabama had no traffic accidents on going so RSN looked at Florida Highway Patrol. The have a LIVE CRASH REPORT where you can look at any accident that Florida Highway Patrol has working anywhere in the State of Florida.


FHP has noted that Alabama traffic lights are malfunctioning which is causing the traffic delays.


That would be State Line Road just as you enter Alabama. That traffic light is the responsibility of Alabama Department of Transportation ( ALDOT ). We are told they are working on it.


Houston County Sheriff Department and ALEA - Troopers are aware of it.
