HOUSTON COUNTY:  Yesterday a report of a stolen vehicle was given to the Houston County Sheriff's Office. A BOLO was issued for the vehicle and deputies began to watch for the vehicle.


This morning the Houston County Sheriff's office received information that the stolen vehicle may be in Southwestern Houston County. Deputies working this area began to look for the vehicle.


A deputy spotted the vehicle matching the description on Hwy 605 and went back to check. Other deputies responded to the scene to back the deputy. Deputies made contact with the residence where the vehicle was spotted.


Houston County Sheriff's Investigators also responded to the scene. That this time the residents are only detained for questioning.
