HENRY COUNTY:      Tonight is the night for people to think blue lights means to RUN!

ALEA - Troopers and Henry County Sheriff Deputies were in a high speed pursuit earlier tonight.

The same problem exists on communications as in Houston County. ALEA - Troopers operate on a radio system of which Noah brought on the ARK when The flood happended. Henry County Sheriff Department operates on a radio system which is a UHF Digitial. But one not compatible with Houston County Sheriff Department !!!

Anyway the chase came from Abbeville south on Highway 431, then back north on Highway 431. Around the guard rails near the nursing home on Highway 431 south of Hardee’s the driver meets the guard rail and the guard rail wins.

It is reported that it took three law enforcement officers - two from Henry County Sheriff Department and one from ALEA - Troopers to remove the driver of the vehicle from the vehicle.

The driver was transported to the Henry County Jail, with all three officers, and placed in jail. It is reported that he was DUI. 

The suspect is reported from Ft. Gaines Georgia who came to Alabama.

The agencies can not talk to each other. I have an app they can if people will think. But the communications industry has messed up emergency communications so.

But I am a dumb ass bondsman who does not know anything. Although I started dispatching in 1977 when you had to think.
