LEVEL PLAINS: 11:09 PM Level Plains Chief of Police Keith Gray, and additional Level Plains Police Officer and Level Plains Fire - Rescue are on the scene of a pedestrian verses vehicle accident.
The location of the accident is Highway 84 at Carns Field Road.
Reports are one person life has been claimed. All of the details are not known at this time.
Level Plains Police Chief Keith Gray said on Monday between 10 AM and 11 AM the roadway will be closed down for officers to get measurements and any additional investigative material from the roadway.
Dale County Coroner Woodie Hildboldt was on the scene.
The accident is under investigation by the Level Plains Police Department. Police Chief Keith Gray is in charge of the accident investigation.
At the request of the Level Plains Police Officer scene photographs are being withheld at this time.
