MIDLAND CITY:    11:45 AM    Midland City Police Department Officers were at Wellington Place Apartments on Mance Newton Road assisting the Alabama Department of Human Resources.


Midland City Police requested backup assistance from Dale County Sheriff Deputies.


Multiple Dale County Sheriff Deputies responded emergency from Ozark area to Mance Newton Road.


Some of the parties became disorderly is why backup assistance was requested. The Alabama Department of Human Resources normally involves children and domestic related issues.


By 11:49 AM all law enforcement units were back in service and situation all under control.
