12:03 PM Kinsey Police Make Arrest In Criminal Tresspassing

KINSEY:    This morning Kinsey Police Corporal Josh Waybright received a call from a citizen there were suspicious persons on Blackberry Lane who were believed to be attempting to burglarize a residence.


Corporal Waybright called Kinsey Police Chief Jim Mock.


The person reporting to Corporal Waybright said the vehicle occupied by three subjects exited the subdivision and turned towards Webb.


Webb Police and Chief Mock was responding from the Webb area and intercepted the suspect vehicle. A felony traffic stop was performed by both Chief Mock and Webb Police. The three subjects were detained.


After investigation, two male subjects were taken into custody for Criminal Trespassing and booked into the Houston County Jail. The female was released.
