DOTHAN: 11:58 AM Dothan 911 dispatched a truck verses a motorcycle, 2200 block of South Oates Street.
At the time of dispatch Dothan 911 reported the motorcycle rider was in the roadway.
On the arrival of Dothan Fire Engine Company 2 ( Southside ) was at South Oates Street and Carroll Street when the call was dispatched.
On arrival of Dothan Fire Department it was reported the patient was in the roadway. Reports are the patient possibly had a broken arm and leg.
The patient was transported by Dothan Fire and Pilcher Ambulance under trauma alert to a Dothan hospital.
Pictures are being withheld pending family notification. While the injuries are serious the injuries are not believed to be life threatening.
Dothan Police is in charge of the accident investigation.
