DOTHAN: Dothan Police and Dothan Fire responded along with Pilcher's to a medical call at East Main and the Circle. Houston County Deputies came up on a vehicle sitting in the middle of the road with the driver pasted out.
after he was checked out he refused to be transported but officers would not let him leave until someone came to get him.
