DOTHAN:    1:48 PM     For 25 years Dothan has been a home of the corporate franchise IHOP.


IHOP is located on the northside of Ross Clark Circle.


There is a note on the door which reads " Thank You For 25 Years ".


Some say it is closed for good and some say temporarily closed.


The construction on Ross Clark Circle has affected all businesses. ALDOT has attempted to make arrangements for enrty and exit but it has still been very difficult.


The construction is a project of ALDOT which is a State of Alabama project. Progress does cause problems but what do you do?
