LOUISVILLE:    On Friday night some subjects picked up a male subject in Eufaula. They are reported to have traveled from Eufaula to a crossroads near Louisville.


It has not been released what happened in Louisville, but a firearm assault is reported to have occurred in Louisville at the crossroads.


Emergency Medical units were notified and responded. Survival Flight was launched to respond. Prior to Survival Flight's arrival the subject passed away from the firearm assault.


Barbour County Sheriff Department and Barbour County Coroner Chip Chapman are conducting a murder investigation.


The victim is identified as Glenn Desnon, Jr. of Eufaula.


The investigation continues.
