GENEVA COUNTY:    7:17 PM     Hartford Police, Hartford Fire - Rescue, Geneva County Sheriff Department and ALEA-State Bureau of Investigation are on the scene of a burned vehicle with a body inside.

Hartford Fire - Rescue responded to what was thought to be a vehicle fire, which it was. As they investigated the fire a body was found in the vehicle. 

Geneva County Sheriff Tony Helms responded and on the scene. The Sheriff Department Criminal Investigators have responded to the scene. ALEA - State Bureau of Investigation has dispatched investigators to the scene.

The burned vehicle is a long way from the roadway. The vehicle is under the bridge.

The Geneva County Coroner has been dispatched to the scene.

Dale County Sheriff Chief Deputy Mason Bynum dispatched criminal investigators. The scene is at the bridge just south of the Dale County inside Geneva County.
