MIDLAND CITY: Today a semi truck and trailer, loaded, was south bound on Highway 231 at Midland City.
On the northbound side of Highway 231, sitting in a parking lot, unoccupied, was another semi truck and trailer.
The south bound semi left the roadway, went through the median ditch, crossed the northbound lanes of traffic, jumped another ditch and landed on top of the parked semi.
The driver was checked by medical but was not injured. The parked semi was not occupied.
Midland City Police investigated.
Ferguson Wrecker responded to clean up The mess.
