OZARK:     This AIN'T no BULL!!!


Recently a black man was written a traffic ticket for speeding by a white Ozark Police Officer. Reports are the man was not clocked by radar but clocked by the Ozark Police Officer's speedometer.


Following the issuance of the speeding ticket the white officer walked in front of the black man's car and stood. This forced the black man to have to back up and go around the officer who was now impeeding the flow of traffic apparently for no lawful reason.


The black man said a cuss word at him. Which is not suppose to bother the law enforcement officer.


The head of the Dale County Republican Party, Mr. Bull, is the Ozark Municipal Court Judge. Judge Bull is a white man.


Without certified calibration on the the Ozark Police Officer's car, Judge Bull found the man guilty of speeding. Judge Bull took the man's money but also ordered the black man to issue an apology to the white police officer or spend 10 to 30 days in the Dale County Jail.


Well the BULL MANURE hit the fan. Judge Bull thought he was all powerful and could mistreat this black man. What Judge Bull did not understand, this black man had a spine!!! And the man hired David Harrison to represent the black man.


Well the Judge Bull ordered hit the waves of sound, computers, print and everywhere else.


Well, when the man called BULL, Judge Bull realized his error's in his ways, and the prosecutor, attempting to take care of the mistreatment the white Judge Bull was dishing out to the black man, and moved for the BULL order to be dismissed.


And so it was dismissed.


Wonder if the man will file a complaint against Judge Bull now. And wonder if the Director of the Ozark Department of Public Safety, Charles Ward, will review the video footage of the traffic stop. And if the officer did as reported, after issuing the traffic citation walked in front of the man's car to aggitate the situation, will Director Ward take action against the officer?


Ozark's Director of Public Safety is the retired Colonel of ALEA Troopers. He is very fimiliar with radar units, certified speedometers, and the right way to work traffic.


My prediction, the white officer's actions towards the black man, the white Republican Judge towards the black man, just might not be over with. There could be a civil rights violation which would get around the Judge's immunity.


The white officer walking in front of the man's car is the old way of making the situation worse and possibly finding something else to arrest him on.


RELEASE THE IN CAR CAMERA FOOTAGE OF THE TRAFFIC STOP.
