MIDLAND CITY: 8:31 PM. Tonight when I went by Midland City Town Hall for the election results I looked over at Midland City Volunteer Fire.
The men and women who volunteer their time, energies and money were at Midland City Fire Station working.
The volunteers were cleaning the trucks, arranging all of the gear and training. They were making sure all equipment works and all gauges work. Making sure all equipment is working.
Waiting until there is a fire or Emergency is not the time to make sure everything works. You have to make sure before the emergency. And these are volunteers.
All Fire and EMS has to Make sure everything works so when 911 receives emergencies the fire trucks and ambulances are equipped and ready to
roll.
