Daleville and surrounding areas have seen a lot of rain and wet roads in the last 24hrs. This morning alone, we’ve responded to 3 hydroplaned vehicles. Other agencies are answering calls for the same.
Please be vigilant and exercise all due precaution when driving in these conditions. Slow down. Leave a cautious amount of space between yourself and other vehicles. Turn. Your. Lights. On. If you’re approaching a stop, start slowing down sooner. And as always, no distractions while driving.
