DOTHAN: You know sometimes I hate being an outcast. Left out. Mistreated.

But THANK YOU to former Dothan City Manager Kevin Cowper, in his days before being deported from the City of Dothan as City Manager by D1 Kevin Dorsey, D2 Aristotle Kirkland, D4 John Ferguson and D5 Gnatt Pierce, Kevin Cowper set up for an employee appreciation time at Water World.

But no one invited him. And apparently a lot of leadership in Dothan did not get invited. Or, apparently associating with the workforce was beneath their dignity.

Well, tonight the Dothan workforce was able to attend Water World. They have been searching for Rickey Stokes and how he finds out things. Tonight, knowing how to slip in, the cabanas were first come and first serve. And I was able to slip into one without being seen.

I wanted to get onto the slide and in the wave pool. But I would be seen. And I was looking everywhere for the new IT Director because I have heard that I am not on her Christmas Card list this year. So I was hiding from her.

My grandson was afraid to get onto the pink slide but he wanted to try it. The LED slide looked like awesome fun.

I tried to get some of the BBQ but could not sneak around and get some of it. The hot dogs, well they looked like a piece of small beef jerky and did not look good.

I found two department heads. Tommy Wright and Delvik McKay were there. The last time I saw Delvik, who is a preacher, he gave me a "go to" look and it was not a "go to heaven look". THANK YOU to Tommy and Delvik for staying the entire time! So I stayed clear of him. Randy Morris was there for a few minutes!

Dothan Commissioners' you know the ones on Tuesday in front of the TV cameras who brag on the City Employees, well, they did not want to associate with them tonight. Casue the Mayor and One Commissioner is all I got a glance of.

I had to stay hidden in the cabanna so they would not see me. They have facial recognition cameras to sound alarms louder than the hold up alarms if I appear. I did have my drown in a distance flying.

It would have been great if they has spent some of that $ 16 million wasted dollars on the Oracle software that don't work on some better food. If Mr. Cowper has been able to finish the planning it would have been an awesome time.

And if the four who had stuck the knife in to the heart of Dothan had bothered to show up, might have been fun. But you know they are above associating with the workforce of the City of Dothan.

Mr. Cowper, THANK YOU for you at least setting the stage. Sorry no one really finished it!!!

INVITATION

I NEVER get invited. No one invited me to this party. Sheriff Valenza did not invite me to his swearing in as President of the Alabama Sheriff Assocation. But former Geneva County Sheriff Greg Ward invited me to his, former Coffee County Sheriff Dave Sutton invited me to his swearing in as Presdient of the Alabama Sheriff Association, Former Dale County Sheriff Wally Olson invited me to his swearing in as President of the Alabama Sheriff Association, Pike County Sheriff Russell Thomas - I was invited to his but not Sheriff Valenza's.

Thought I supported Sheriff Valenza, but was not invited to his surprise birthday party by those who put it together. Was not invited to the Retiree's Luncheon. All positive news stories.

Matt Parker and the Chamber folks, I have to crash their parties. Never invited.

D3 Commissioner Ricky Herring called the preacher on me. I stopped going. After the doing the sound for 30 years the preacher or Minister Music has never said they missed me.

I just feel so UNLOVED.

After the IT article at Dothan the other day, they are searching for how I knew.

When the business license man, Gary Shirah retired, was not invited to his retirement.

And when my special friend Len White retired. I was not invited.

I am just not wanted anymore.

So I have to sneak in while no one is looking.
