DOTHAN:     9:27 PM.    DOTHAN 911 dispatched a structure fire at 1363 Webb Road. At the time of the reports to Dothan 911 a rubber burning smell.


Dothan Fire Engine 5 ( East side ) was first to arrive at 9:32 PM, followed by Engine 1 ( Central ) and Engine 4 ( Southside ), Rehab Truck responded, Battalion Chief, Pilcher Ambulance and Dothan Police.


When Dothan Fire Engine Company 5 9 Eastside ) arrived they reported a single story residential structure, nothing visible. Instructed all incoming units to go to Level 1 Staging.


By 9:35 Engine 5 had isolate the problem to an electrical outlet, cut the power, and cancelled all units and returned them to service.
