A Message From Wicksburg Fire Chief

On behalf of Wicksburg Fire Rescue I would like to say thank you for all the prayers, phone calls and text messages I’ve received tonight. As most of you know our Rescue 309 was responding to a Motor vehicle accident this afternoon when it was involved in an accident. As Rescue 309 was traveling on Hwy 84 it hydroplaned and turned over. There were 3 crew members aboard. All 3 of the crew members were transported to the hospital for evaluation. All 3 were discharged with no injuries.
I would like to thank all the fire and EMS personnel from other agencies that reached out to us today checking on us and praying for us. Special thanks to all the responding units: Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, Cottonwood Rescue, Pilchers, Daleville Rescue, Enterprise Rescue Inc. , Houston County Sheriff Department, Bay Springs Fire, Dothan Houston County EMA Director Chris Judah, Dothan Fire Department and Flowers Hospital.
Thanks again for all the prayers! We are very thankful and blessed tonight!
