ASHFORD:     The Ashford City Council called a special meeting for "TODAY" at 4:30 PM. 

The notice RSN found was not posted until " TODAY ".

The Ashford City Council did not seem to excited to see Matt Boster with RSN. Councilman Gary Gibson was not present at tonight's meeting.

The Special Called Meeting was not held where the meetings are normally held. The meeting was held at Ashford City Hall in the Mayor's Office.

The meeting lasted two minutes. The Council passed "EXHIBIT A". But "EXHIBIT A" was not given out at the meeting.

EXHIBIT A was about pay raises. Who got the raises is unknown because EXHIBIT A was not distributed.

The Ashford City Council met last night. The Council went into Executive Session last evening. It is unknown what was discussed.

Darlene Cassidy, Ashford City Clerk:  please have me a copy of Exhibit A ready in the morning. Even if you arrive at 2 AM, 3 AM like you have been seen in City Hall.

Also the meeting does not appear to be a legal meeting. Because posted today around noon IS NOT 7 days. And it does not appear to have been an emergency meeting to give raises.

And each that participated can be fined up to $ 1,000.00 personally. And I have filed them before.
