Body Located, Three Homicide Suspects in Custody

JACKSON COUNTY, FL - On Thursday, January 13, 2022, at approximately 5:09 p.m., the Jackson County Sheriff’s Office (JCSO) responded to reports of a body that had been located on Skyview Road in Marianna.
Upon Deputies’ arrival, it was confirmed that there was an unidentified body. The JCSO Criminal Investigations Division responded to the scene, and quickly developed three persons of interest.
Investigators located one of the individuals and conducted an interview with them. Based on the interview, and evidence that investigators had located up to that point, the case was determined to be a homicide.
Investigators and Deputies worked throughout the night and into the morning hours of Friday, January 14, 2022, and successfully located the other two persons of interests. Interviews were conducted with multiple individuals throughout the investigation.
The following individuals have been charged in this case:
Gabriel Dewayne Clemons, 39 years old of Marianna for An Open Count of Murder
Devin Michael Knight, 21 years old of Defuniak Springs for An Open Count of Murder and Tampering with Evidence
Ramaryia Keys, 17 years old of Marianna for Accessory After the Fact (Murder) and Tampering with Evidence
At this time, a positive identification of the victim has not been established.
