Bonifay Fire-Rescue Responded to a Camper Fire

BONIFAY FLA:Around 9:30am, Bonifay Fire-Rescue responded to a camper on fire near the 100 mile marker. Engine 1 was en route in less than 2 minutes, with Tanker 1 and Squad 1 following. Engine 1 arrived on scene with Captain Sellers establishing command and initially putting water on the fully engulfed camper. Firefighters Edminson and Granberry worked to also extinguish the flames quickly. Firefighters Myers, Harrison, and Martin assisted with overhaul and clearing the roadway of debris so that traffic could resume. Holmes County Sheriff’s Office, FDOT Road Ranger, and Florida Highway Patrol were also on scene.
