BPD Seeking Help to Identify Assault Suspect

The Birmingham Police Department is enlisting the help of the public in identifying the two males depicted in this photo. The incident occurred at the Marathon Gas Station located at 4301 Vanderbilt Road.
On November 15, 2021 the suspect in the tan outfit with the blue hat assaulted a 60 year old male in the parking lot leaving him with serious injuries. The suspect and his companion fled the scene on foot into the neighborhood behind the gas station.
The victim was transported to a local area hospital.
