According to law enforcement professionals, while murder can not be completely stopped, Birmingham - Jefferson County can be gotten under control. It takes law enforcement backed by the leadership and court system.
So far in Birmingham - Jefferson County there is a brazen disregard for the laws against taking someone else’s life and the state law enforcement leaders tolerating it. But electronic bingo will not be tolerated.
