CAN’T FIX STUPID!!!!!

DOTHAN: This morning a motor vehicle accident happened in the 3000 block of West Main. Traffic in the West bound lanes were blocked and down to one lane of traffic. Road work is going on in one of the East bound lanes of traffic therefore causing heavy congestion in that area.

While I was sitting at the red light in the East bound lane. I watched people knowing that traffic was NOT moving yet still tried to turn on to West Main off the Circle.

The problem was they showed how stupid they were by trying to go when they couldn’t, so they blocked the intersection and blocked both the South bound lanes of traffic from being able to go when it was their turn.

Now we have people blocking the intersection and other drivers including a semi-truck trying to go through the traffic in the intersection.

Earlier an ambulance attempting to respond to an emergency call could not get through because of these types of drivers. As you can see from one of the photos below….

There is a sign posted on the pole facing the west bound turn lanes of the Circle telling people NOT to block the intersection.

I believe some people need to go back to driving school and pay better attention to their surroundings and signage when they are driving.
