HOUSTON COUNTY:

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN H LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours "of their arrest". Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holidays he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

These persons are seen via a TV screen from the jail to the courtroom.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Has District-Criminal with 33 cases range from Hot Check’s,  Assault 3^rd, Dom Vio 3^rd-Harassment.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE KEVIN MOULTON:  Had Circuit-Criminal with 6 cases. In Circuit-Civil with 4 cases for Other TORT X 2, Negligence Motor Vehicle,  Unlawful Detainer. In District-Criminal he has 1 case for Possess/Receipt Cont.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE R TODD DERRICK: Has Domestic-Relation with 2 cases for  Petition to Modify, Petition for Custody.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL JUDGE CHRISTOPHER K RICHARDSON: Has Domestic Relations with 1 case for Contested Divorce.

HENRY COUNTY:

HONORABLE HENRY COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE JAMES D PETERSON: He has Traffic with 12 cases range from Speeding, Move Over Law Violat, No Child Restraint, Leaving Scene Accide. He also has District-Criminal with 14 cases range from Possess Marijuana 2^nd, Harassment,  Public Intoxication, Resisting Arrest, Open Container Viola.
