HOUSTON COUNTY:

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN H LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours "of their arrest". Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holidays he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE CHRISTOPHER K RICHARDSON: Has District-Criminal with 2 cases for Theft of Property 1^st. He also has Circuit-Criminal with 64 cases range from Attempt Sodomy 1^st, Break/Enter Vehicle,  Sexual Abuse 1^st, Rape 1^st.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE  LORI COLLIER INGRAM: Has Child Support with 11 cases for Child Support Case X 3, Child Support AOP,  Paternity X 3, Contempt/Rule NISI X  3, Paternity X 2, Petition to Modify. She also has Domestic Relations with 1 case for Contempt/Rule NISI.
