DOTHAN: These court cases are scheduled in the 20th Judicial Circuit in Houston and Henry County Alabama:

Note:  Juvenile don’t have Public Record Judge Lori Collier Ingram and Judge Henry “D” Butch Binford Handle all Juvenile Cases.

Note: Domestic Violence is not always Abuse Cases. They have cases like Petition for Custody, Petition to Modify.

HOUSTON COUNTY:

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT COURT JUDGE BENJAMIN H LEWIS each morning has initial appearances. These are people who have not made bond. They are required to be seen by a Judge or Magistrate within 48 to 72 hours "of their arrest". Judge Lewis follows the law even when on holidays he or another Judge comes to the Houston County Jail for the initial appearances.

These persons are seen via a TV screen from the jail to the courtroom.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY DISTRICT-CRIMINAL JUDGE BENJAMIN LEWIS: Has District-Criminal with 28 cases range from Resisting Arrest, Domestic Relation 3^rd-Assault, Possess/Receipt Cont.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CIVIL JUDGE M JOHN STEENSLAND III: Has Circuit-Civil with 4 cases for Other TORT, Fruits Crime FORF X 2, Other CV Case. He also has Domestic Relations with 7 cases range from Petition for Custody, Contempt/Rule NISI, Misc DR Case, Petition to Modify.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CIVIL JUDGE KEVIN MOULTON: Has Domestic Relations with 3 case for Contested Divorce, Contempt/Rule NISI, Petition to Modify. In Circuit-Civil he has 2 cases for Negligence-General, Other CV Case.

HONORABLE HOUSTON COUNTY CIRCUIT-CRIMINAL JUDGE LARRY K ANDERSON: Has 63 cases range from DUI, Tampering W/Phys Evi, Domestic Violence 3^rd, Harassment, Assault 3^rd.

HENRY COUNTY:
