MONTGOMERY: During the Bingo trials RSN said there was something strange about Keith Baker, the lead FBI Agent of the investigation not testifying.
In fact we caught early on before the trial that Judge Thompson went into chambers for a hearing on the "Baker Matter".
The Montgomery Advertiser has gotten the transcripts on the issues that were hidden from the public.
The FBI Agent, Keith Baker, was having an affair with the court reporter of the Grand Jury. Baker was also having conversations with then Alabama Governor a Bob Riley. Remember Riley denied any involvement but court transcripts reflect different.
After the bingo trial and Luther Strange became Attorney a General, guess who hired Keith Baker?
You guessed, Luther Strange.
And in the transcripts, Baker had affairs in the Don Siegalman case.
Guess who is lead investigator in Mike Hubbard case for Luther Strange? You guessed it, Keith Baker.
