DOTHAN: DO NOT - DO NOT - DO NOT - Please - unless you want me CHOKED TO DEATH - DO NOT - DO NOT tell Dothan Commissioner Albert Kirkland this. Please...
The last time he choked me and put me against the wall of the Dothan Civic Center. My hereos, Jerry Corbin and the late Hugo Griggs saved my life and pryed Albert Kirkland's hands from around my neck where he had me pinned against the wall choking the life out of me.
BUT... Hunt's opens every year from 11 AM until 3 PM in honor of mother's. Extra supplies are purchased, a large staff is on hand, a lot or preparations are made.
The hour of 11 AM struck and Hunt's was packed. My family went at 11:40 AM. The food was great.
Well at 1:08 PM their electricity went off. Tim and his staff, with a full restaurant of customers and grills going wide open with food cooking...without notice electricity out.
You can not find after hours numbers and people with Dothan Utilities. The picture below is Dothan Utilities at 2 PM.
At 2:10 PM Dothan Utilities Manager Billy Mayes was still at home. Now to his credit at 2:12 PM he was then on his way to Dothan Utilities.
All of the families and mother's at Hunt's had to leave. All the food wasted. The staff which depends on tips wasted their Mother's Day. And Tim lost a lot of money.
DOTHAN COMMISSIONER JOHN FERGUSON is the only Commissioner you can make contact with. While Hunt's is in Dothan Commissioner Albert Kirkland's district, do not dare call him. He will not answer and often times, according to reports very rude.
Commissioner John Ferguson has to look after his own district. But many people call Commissioner Ferguson because they can not make contact with Albert.
A number of years ago I got onto Albert Kirkland in a article about Dothan is in the Utility Business the same as Wiregrass Electric and Alabama Power. I said Albert needed to talk to Hunt's because of sales tax and utlities. Because I eat there regular.
At the swearing in of the Dothan Mayor and Commissioners a number of years ago. It was over and I was standing there talking to Corbin and Mr. Hugo.
Albert approached me and said something about Hunt's. I said did you call them? He said no. And I said you should have had your ass kicked like the ones who got beat.
Albert grabbed me by the throat and pinned me against the wall.
Albert received some lucky breaks...
Thanks John Ferguson for caring.
