DOTHAN:   Dothan Commissioner Kevin Dorsey announced his re-election on Wednesday.

Serving since 2014 Kevin Dorsey has worked hard to improve roads, to keep small businesses open with the held of Dothan Area Chamber of Commerce, and to ensure his peers work hard.

As a Commissioner, Kevin Dorsey has a proven track record. He is not afraid to ask questions when issues are presented to him. He likes to know what is happening in District One and all across Dothan. Commissioner Dorsey is on top of things happening as far as crime in his District and being proactive to prevent crime.

While Kevin Dorsey is Commissioner for District One, he wants to see all of Dothan move forward. It takes a team to make things happen.

Commissioner Dorsey is proud of the team built in management of Dothan finances. Always keeping a close eye on the financial stability of the City of Dothan.

Commissioner Dorsey believes in a strong work ethic and being dependable.

The Mayor and all Dothan Commissioners are up for re-election in August. Two Dothan Commissioners, Janesky Fleming D-2 and Beth Kenward D-5 are not seeking re-election. While change is good stability is extremely important. And Kevin Dorsey is not a yes man and brings stability to the City of Dothan Commission.
