COMMENTS


 Slaughter classes steady to 2 higher.  Replacement bred cows and pairs steady to strong  Calves and feeder cattle continue to be  higher gaining 3 to 5 dollars this week !!  Market is on fire !! I think we are in for a good market for a while. Fed cattle in the West mostly steady @ 158 – 160.00 with Iowa to 170.00


NEXT MONDAY, 1-23-23, WE WILL HAVE A HERD OF 90 OR SO BRANGUS TYPE COWS, 20 TO 25 WITH CALVES AT SIDE AND BALANCE BRED. A GOOD HERD OF BLACK CATTLE !!
