Fannin County Ga Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure to a Minors in Panama City

The Panama City Police Department arrested Shaune David Tighe, 45, of Fannin County, GA, after receiving multiple reports of a man exposing himself to minors.


Officers responded to multiple businesses in the area of 23rd Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd to investigate. Tighe was located in the area and taken into custody. He was charged with one count of indecent exposure and two counts of lewd or lascivious exhibition then booked into the Bay County Jail.
