Fire Fatality from Structure Fire East Saunders Road

HOUSTON COUNTY:     7:51 PM.    Houston County Sheriff 911 dispatched a structure fire at 1200 Block of E. Saunders Road. 

At the time of the reports to Houston County Sheriff 911 smoke was coming from the rood, no flames were visible at the time.

Hodgesville Volunteer Fire Department, Rehobeth Volunteer Fire Department, Southern Junction Volunteer Fire, Lovetown Volunteer Fire Department, Pilcher Ambulance, Rehobeth EMS, Dothan - Houston County Emergency Management Director Chris Judah, and Houston County Sheriff Deputies responded.

Mr Jerome Ivan Ott Sr has died in the fire. Results of his death will have to wait until autopsy report. 

Houston County Sheriff Criminal Investigators have been dispatched.
