On 10/13/2020 around approximately 12:30 pm suspect Christopher Johnson was arrested in Santa
Rosa County on an outstanding warrant from the Florida Highway Patrol for Leaving the Scene of a
Traffic Crash with Bodily Injury and Operating a Vehicle with a Suspended Driver’s License. The
original incident occurred on 10/02/2020 on Interstate 10 eastbound at State Road 281. Johnson was
taken into custody with no resistance. Johnson is charged with leaving the scene of a crash with bodily
injury and driving while his license was suspended. Johnson is being held in the Santa Rosa County
Jail on a $10,000 bond
