Freeze warning for the Wiregrass

The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning for the Wiregrass before temperatures are expected to drop as low as 30 tonight. 


The freeze warning affects Houston, Dale, Geneva, Henry, Coffee, and Covington Counties in Alabama; Holmes and Jackson Counties in Florida; and Early County in Georgia. 


Frost and freeze conditions could could kill crops or other sensitive vegetation and possibly damage unprotected outdoor plumbing.
