HOUSTON COUNTY:   Would like to wish a HAPPY BIRTHDAY to Skyler Deese. Today Skyler turned 21 years old.

A graduate of Ashford High School Skyler is one of the dedicated volunteer firefighters across Houston County.

When emergencies happen Skyler very quietly arrives and begins working in whatever capacity needed. Whether it is helping load patients, carry stretchers, taking a fire hose and helping battle the fire. Skyler is always there to help. Even after the fire to help roll up the fire hoses and prepare the trucks for the 911 call that has not happened yet.
