HCSO Executes Search Warrant and Arrest Two on Drug Charges

HOLAMES COUNTY: On August 7, 2024, members of the Holmes County Sheriff’s Office, along with Investigators from the DeFuniak Springs Police Department, executed a search warrant at a camper located at 1610 Railroad Street in Ponce de Leon.


Inside the residence, authorities identified the occupants as Kelli Blane and Kayla Blane. During the search, approximately 6 grams of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia were found where Kelli was located. As a result, Kelli Blane was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.



Further investigation in the residence led officers to Kayla Blane’s bedroom, where several loaded syringes tested positive for fentanyl. Additionally, methamphetamine, a hydrocodone pill, and related drug paraphernalia were discovered. Kayla Blane faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, possession of hydrocodone, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
